Oye Office is an app that helps a business run its orders, payments, team, customers and WhatsApp. It is made by OyePost, Mumbai. This page says what we keep, why, and how to have it removed.
Two kinds of people
The business (the owner and staff who sign in) gives us an account. The business’s own customers are people the business enters into the app. For their customers’ details, the business decides what is entered and why; we only store and process it for the business so the app works.
What we keep

We do not sell personal information and we do not show advertising inside the app.
Who else handles it
- Google Firebase stores the data and handles sign-in (data centre in Singapore).
- Netlify serves the app and runs its background functions.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram) carries messages when a business connects them, under Meta’s own policy.
- AI services (Anthropic and OpenAI) read a photo, an address or a voice note when you use a feature that asks them to. Only what you send to that feature is sent. For a voice note, the audio is sent to get the words, and we keep only the text you save.
Who can see a business’s data
Only the people signed in to that business. One business cannot open another business’s data. Our own staff look at it only to fix a fault you report.
Keeping and removing it
Data stays while the account is active. To have an account and its data deleted, follow Delete my data. We delete it within 30 days. Backups are removed on their normal cycle after that.
Security
Data is sent over an encrypted connection and each business is separated from every other. No system is perfectly safe, so please keep your PIN and sign-in private and tell us at once if you think someone else has them.
Children
Oye Office is for businesses and is not meant for people under 18.
